Okay, the only way accountability works is if you are really honest. I did terrible...absolutely terrible...this week. I think I kept my food journal like 2 1/2 day. It was awful and I have no good excuse. I keep thinking that I wil feel overwhelmingly motivated to change my bad habit and what I realized yesterday, as I was procrastinating writing this post, was that it isn't about how I "feel." It is about just doing it whether I feel like it or not. So, that being said, I am going to restate the same goals that I had last week and give it another go. I am also going to expand on my food journal goal. (Hat Tip to some of my sweet commenters.) It is so horrible that I can't do just a few simple things!
Goals for the Week of January 15-January 22:
1) Weigh myself.
2) Make a food journal. Decorate it. Make it something I like! Add some motivational quotes, clippings, etc to it. AND write down EVERYTHING I eat.
3) Drink some water.
4) Take my vitamins.

Bridgette's challenge for the week was to name a website that helps on our weight loss/getting healthy journey. I love Dotti's Weight Loss Zone. Even if you are not a loyal Weight Watcher, her message boards are phenomenal and supportive. I also like the Low Carb forum here. It is very active and there is a lot of good information.
See ya next week, girlies!

that's a good spirit girl,
n really i been there or still am....:(
anyway, all the best....

I just don’t see how the right solution can be so tightly disciplined to a dollar figure. By all means, recognize that a problem has a cost attached to it, and therefore the solution must be limited by that financial context.
